Warren Ishii - Exceptional Service! I came into the dealership unexpectedly with a nail in my tire. I was sent to Warren Ishii as my service consultant. I left my car there for the tire repair, he scheduled my yearly service for the next day and sent me on my way with a loaner. He followed up with me to let me know when my car would be ready and when I came to pick the car up he made sure that the extra issues that I had asked to have addressed had been taken care of. I was very pleased with the service I received. Even the guy who took me to the loaner was great about making sure I knew where to find what I'd need in the newer model I would be driving.
