Excellent Overall Service-Courteous, Friendly & Professional Devan was very helpful and the shuttle service provided by Ron to my physical therapy appointment in the morning was a real benefit as was the shuttle Devan was very helpful and the shuttle service provided by Ron to my physical therapy appointment in the morning was a real benefit as was the shuttle service again provided by Ron back to the dealership to pick up my car with a stopover to get my son at school because it was so late in the afternoon due to heavy rush-hour traffic. My only slightly negative comments are quite minor in nature: I was told it would take between three-and-a-half and five hours, but it was closer to seven hours between my scheduled time of 8:40 a.m. and when I received a call from Devan at 3:38 p.m. that the car was ready; there were several obvious marks of some kind on the exterior that could/should have been rubbed out during the car washing process; and the trunk area didn't appear to have been vacuumed at all. More

From start to finish, he made the trip to Mercedes shop like nothing--stress free and enjoying. This is something you don't expect when you take your car to shop. I also want to mention also the person (sorry, i forgot his name) who handled the loaner as well. Just as good as it can get. I cannot wait to bring my car again next year for similar or better.
