MB did not have the tire in stock so I received exceptional service by Tripp from the time I brought my car into MB until I picked it up 5 days later. MB did not have the tire in stock so had to order it. They provided me with a loaner and kept me informed regarding the status of delivery of the tire. More

Great Cars, Great Service Our house was recently robbed. One item stolen was my wife's keys that included the key to our Mercedes and to our second car. M-B of Honolulu quickly arranged to have my car serviced so that my wife's stolen car could be locked out so that the car couldn't be stolen. They also ordered a new key. Despite the short fuse, they provided me with a loaner and told me to take my time returning it since they knew I had meetings with HPD concerning the robbery.
