Best customer service offered on the island. I am always impressed by the employees at the dealership. They are organized, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My Service Advisor was prepared I am always impressed by the employees at the dealership. They are organized, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My Service Advisor was prepared for me and explained what needed to be done on the car, as well as offering me a 3 year contract package for services that would save me money. I came in for a 7:20am appointment and was taken by the shuttle driver as soon as I was done (no waiting), and home by 7:45. The return shuttle was equally efficient. After signing and paying, my car was waiting. I have been a Mercedes owner since 1982 and this dealership has been exceptional. More

A Very Happy Customer I have my Mercedes for two years. Historically, I have changed auto manufacturers every 5 years or so. Replace rear tire that was punctured by a pothole. I received exceptional service by Tripp from the time I brought my car into MB until I picked it up 5 days later. MB did not have the tire in stock so I received exceptional service by Tripp from the time I brought my car into MB until I picked it up 5 days later. MB did not have the tire in stock so had to order it. They provided me with a loaner and kept me informed regarding the status of delivery of the tire. More
