My Service Advisor was prepared for me and explained what needed to be done on the car, as well as offering me a 3 year contract package for services that would save me money. I came in for a 7:20am appointment and was taken by the shuttle driver as soon as I was done (no waiting), and home by 7:45. The return shuttle was equally efficient. After signing and paying, my car was waiting. I have been a Mercedes owner since 1982 and this dealership has been exceptional. More
