Mercedes Benz of Honolulu to the Rescue My year old GLC 300 was involved in a three car accident on the Freeway. I had to deal with two other insurance companies plus my own. I also had to work with a body/fender repair shop. Things got complicated, and progress was snail-like. Jessica Chun of Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu came to the rescue. She worked with the insurance companies and the repair shop. She provided me a "loaner" to drive, and ordered the necessary parts. Most appreciated was her periodic text updates and phone calls. She put the whole thing back on track and got my GLC fixed. Jessica is a bright star with superb automotive knowledge and the innate ability to work with large insurance companies and outside repair shops. She got all of this done during the hectic Holidays. The service department bent over backwards to help. Craig was attentive and responded extremely quickly to the engine light on my E350. He explained the best means to get me back on the road. Even though special parts were required to fix the Add Blue heater the parts were obtained in just a few days. My husband also required a new compressor for his ML350... the speed of service service was exceptional as well. More
