Got the car into the shop as soon as the parts came in and sound has completely resolved. Very friendly staff from the time I drove into the lot until I left. The parts department needs a refresher course in customer se I had service conducted on my 2017 AMG and the service was the best. However, I took time to visit the parts department to attempt to purchase chrome I had service conducted on my 2017 AMG and the service was the best. However, I took time to visit the parts department to attempt to purchase chrome for my hood vent and the customer service went down the tubes (15 April 2019). When I entered the parts department there were two personnel at the counter. One of them ( to the left as you enter) told me to hold on for a second. He was working on the computer. I waited for 6 minutes and 30 seconds and then he received a a phone call and spent some time on the phone and I was so upset that I just left. I want to come back to order what I wanted to purchase but I don’t want to waste my time again waiting for a person to get around to helping me. To make matters worst, I was the only customer. I wonder if I was a Howlee, I would have received better customer service. More

Check on low tire pressure notice on the dashboard screen Technician found a nail in tire, and advised to change tire. Parts Dept. reported no tire in stock and needed to contact outside warehouse for same. Technician found a nail in tire, and advised to change tire. My anxiety was relieved as I needed a car that night to meet an appointment. Josh Soon was very reassuring that my needs would be taken care of in an appropriate time frame.
