The Service Experience You Always Hoped For I try to be objective in my reviews and I don't remember ever checking off straight 5s before. I live in Hilo and had to drive over to Kialua Kona fo I try to be objective in my reviews and I don't remember ever checking off straight 5s before. I live in Hilo and had to drive over to Kialua Kona for my service appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes early but Paulette had everything ready. All I hd to do was sign a couple of papers. I had been offered a loaner so I would be free to roam while my 2016 CLA 250 was having its "B" Service. The loaner was a perfectly prepared 2019 Mercedes SUV with only 500 miles. Paulette said that they would be finished before noon. I did a little Shopping and sight seeing then headed back to the Service Center and got there about 11:30 am. They had just finished with my car when I arrived. The car had been serviced, safe checked, and given a complementary hand wash and vacuuming. All I had to do was thank Paulette for the excellent service and drive off. Mercedes can be confident and proud of Paulette's performance. She was just totally prepared and relaxed. I am 82 years old and this has been the best, most pleasant service experience I have ever had. I will be looking forward to my next service as a pleasant outing to Kona instead of something that needs to be done. Alan Mefford More

We are completely satisfied with Sales Sales Team and Service Team. We have bought our Mercedes and Serviced it for years even though it was a hassle getting in from the West Side, Makakilo, traffic, par Service Team. We have bought our Mercedes and Serviced it for years even though it was a hassle getting in from the West Side, Makakilo, traffic, parking, and trying to get the timing right to beat the rush hour to get in and out of our appointments. The service department was great on accommodating schedules. Unfortunately, I came down with Cancer and we lost everything. However, Sales and Service departments continued trying to upsell all their products and services. Or tell us prices are going up. Even though we explained that we are on a tight budget. Consequently, we will have our cars serviced at a place that doesn't change 350.00 for labor per visit. Standard Oil changes and fluid levels checks doesnt have to cost $500.00.
