There are a number of reasons for this. First, all of the staff members at your dealership which I've come in contact with over the years are friendly, courteous and professional. Second, I know and trust the service(s) being performed on my car will be done exactly to Mercedes Benz factory specifications and standards. With this, I would like to give special thanks to Craig Hironaka for his excellence in his work. He has been working with my car and has been my trusted Service Advisor since 2009. It's always a pleasure to meet and work with Craig. I say this because he's not only a great and honorable man, he is also very knowledgeable on what needs to be done to my car at the time of scheduled and unscheduled service(s) and/or repairs. I know and feel confident my car in good hands and will be well cared for by Craig and the entire Service Department Team. I am and will remain a life-long customer to Mercedes Benz of Honolulu.
