We are completely satisfied with Sales Sales Team and Service Team. We have bought our Mercedes and Serviced it for years even though it was a hassle getting in from the West Side, Makakilo, traffic, par Service Team. We have bought our Mercedes and Serviced it for years even though it was a hassle getting in from the West Side, Makakilo, traffic, parking, and trying to get the timing right to beat the rush hour to get in and out of our appointments. The service department was great on accommodating schedules. Unfortunately, I came down with Cancer and we lost everything. However, Sales and Service departments continued trying to upsell all their products and services. Or tell us prices are going up. Even though we explained that we are on a tight budget. Consequently, we will have our cars serviced at a place that doesn't change 350.00 for labor per visit. Standard Oil changes and fluid levels checks doesnt have to cost $500.00. Always a great experience! This visit was for my annual service for my GLC 300 I was greeted and given my loaner quickly. Exceptional service I purchased a service package with my car so my service was included. Scheduling was easy and convenient. I couldn’t drop the car off during busines I purchased a service package with my car so my service was included. Scheduling was easy and convenient. I couldn’t drop the car off during business hours due to my work schedule but I was able to leave the car at the front entrance and slip my key in the slot. The “Connect Me” app notified me when the car was moved so I wasn’t worried about leaving my car. Jessica, my service advisor, called when she processed the car and also called with updates. Best part...my car was washed too. It was a great HANDwashed job! Even my rims were cleaned...what? Yes! Terrific! I’ve had other German cars but service at MB is a cut above for sure! More

I got checked in right away, my service advisor, Craig, was helpful in checking me in and getting me onto a shuttle and on my way to work. The shuttle drivers (both ways) were friendly and the ride went by quickly. The mechanic, Joe Joe, noticed that my battery was low so he saved me from some future headaches by being stuck somewhere. All in all the guys at Mercedes work together as a team and give great service. Our salesperson, Dwayne, even comes out to greet me whenever he sees me there. More
