She MERCEDES BENZ HONOLULU - Must Read!! This young lady, Jessica, Service Advisor/Technician at Mercedes Benz Honolulu really does GREAT WORK!!!. She was able fix the Mercedes Emblem on the hood of my car that one of her coworkers broke off when examining it and just sat the emblem back in the hold. Then, Ian, the in-take coworker, tried to say that it was already like that when I drove the car in the shop. It most certainly was not broken!! His statement was/is illogical. You bring your car to the shop to have it fixed, not have more damage caused to it!!! I originally brought the car in just to have it tighten up as I noticed it was just "a bit loose" (Not broken). The bottom clamp was attached holding it in place when I arrived at the shop. Aparently, those coworker pulled or jerked it hard enough for the bottom clamp to come off and fall into the bottom front cavity below the fan belts. Then just placed the emblem back in the hold, left it and ran off. Needless to say, I was livit! I spoke with Pat, Service Manager who went and got Jessica. Jessica, with her quick thinking obtained a magnictive device that allowed her to retrieve the clamp from the cavity. She reassembled the emblem back on the hood tighter than it originally was. Thanks for compentant and efficient employees like Jessica. Her manager, Pat, should be proud of her for saving the day!! GO JESSICA!! Little things mean a lot!!! ----- Ian and the other employees may need additional training for their jobs. Don't lie and say the customer brought the car in that way. The customer knows exactly what condition their car is in upon arrival. You can't CYA on this one More

It was a great experience at MB Dealership. From the start to setting up a recall service for my 2012 c250, to checking in, to meeting service advisor, Gabrielle, to meeting my executive sales advisor- start to setting up a recall service for my 2012 c250, to checking in, to meeting service advisor, Gabrielle, to meeting my executive sales advisor- Sam and meeting the loaner person was a truly a remarkable experience. This was my first time. Prior to this my son was taking care of of dropping off the 2016 GLA I leased from dealership couple years ago. I give everyone at Honolulu MB thumps ups & my salute/hat off and the highest rating possible. I been to several service Dept. before but to me MB is by far the BEST I ever experienced. Great diagnosis and repair!! Paulette was great! She accurately recorded my concerns with my GLC 43 and Hermin corrected ever problem. I drive from Hilo so the loaner was apprecia Paulette was great!
