We brought our 2007 Mercedes 350 in for a small repair and have our battery checked. Poor customer service and processes from the service department. I tried to schedule online, I added the VIN and it required me to select a service for my vehicle but did not tell me which service I was department. I tried to schedule online, I added the VIN and it required me to select a service for my vehicle but did not tell me which service I was up for, so I had to call to make the appointment. When I called to make the appointment, they were very friendly and professional, they said the service would take 3 hours. Since I live on the other side of the island I brought a snack and planned to hang out for the 3 hours. When I arrived the day of, they said it would take 5 hours, that the call center is in Las Vegas, and they have no idea how long the service actually takes. I had meetings in the afternoon but decided to wait it out. 5 Hours passed, and the car was still not done. It was another 1.5 hours. Multiple salespeople commented, surprised that I was there all day long. The service rep talked down to me unprofessionally, giving me excuses and making me feel like I was asking for too much. I have asked for a new service rep the last 2 times I have come in for maintenance but they don't place me with a new rep. I have had issues every time I take my car in for service, from them not having the loaner car they promised or explaining how they are overbooked and understaffed, causing delays, or making a fuss about getting a car wash that I would have to wait an extra 2 hours. These issues are sadly consistent over the last 2 years of getting my car serviced. The buying process was a pleasure from Chris Farmer, but the service department is severely lacking. They could use an overhaul of their processes to optimize for a better customer experience. They are creating a bad reputation for Mercedes Benz. I cringe when I have to take my car in for service. More

But he did. Making Appointment was easy . The person who helped me was very pleasant as well as Craig. Stress-free transaction overall and my car is fine . I’m very pleased with the service.
