I had an appointment for a service at the Kailua Kona Mercedes Service Center. Both Paulette and Herman were and have always been amazing. They are both attentive, kind and detail oriented. Dale Payson is the best. He is so involved in making the process a great experience especially for a Totally Disabled US Army Veteran. The accommodation that I got from him is excellent from finding the rig process a great experience especially for a Totally Disabled US Army Veteran. The accommodation that I got from him is excellent from finding the right car, doing the paperwork process which is very smooth and financially making the purchase.
