I was very disappointed for Dale Payson. I had a test drive schedule appointment which Quang from the Mercedes scheduled me to set up test drive but when I came to the dealership, Once I arrived at the d drive schedule appointment which Quang from the Mercedes scheduled me to set up test drive but when I came to the dealership, Once I arrived at the dealer and Dale Payson wouldn't let me test drive S. The reason I was there was because my good friend Thomas who's a CIA agent as he's currently still in DC for work assignment asked me to do a test drive of the new model as he plans to buy this type of model and that's why I made an appointment for a test drive. Dale's response said that "I was not able to afford that car, that car is way too expensive five times of the price I bought etc." And that's NOT a good answer. Sorry Dale! You cannot underestimate someone's financial or ability. I bought my old GLA a few years ago and I loved my car! but yesterday I was there for a reason as my friend asked me to do a test drive. Very disappointed! In the future, going forward, I would find another sales executive if I need to buy a new Benz. Please do not underestimate people. I didn't speak too much when I talked to Dale...I just said I was there to do a test drive. More
