This is without a doubt a good service center with premium techs. However, pricing is outrageous at 185/hr for labor. When I arrived it seemed that the service department didn't know I was coming ev premium techs. However, pricing is outrageous at 185/hr for labor. When I arrived it seemed that the service department didn't know I was coming even though I had set up an appointment. Protocols for COVID disinfection were followed well. The loaner car specialist was not very friendly. The carwash left spots all over my car. Some of the items on the 'vehicle report' under the 'observations' were not truely observations. It noted that my air filter was dirty, however this is not easy to get to on my car and I am sure that this was not actually checked. This is just one item of many that were listed as 'observations' but were ONLY based on mileage. This is very deceiving. More
