We got a great deal on the new vehicle, everyone we worked with were awesome (Gabe, Mike Perez, Nicole, Tom, Charlie and Jose), and we were able to do everything over the phone. It helped that my wife and I had previously test driven our model of choice prior to Covid19. I visited the dealership once (wearing my mask and social distancing) to look at two vehicles we had picked out online. With that we made our choice. Mike delivered the new vehicle along with paperwork to sign, and when that was concluded he drove away with our old vehicle. Jose familiarized us with the new vehicle over the phone as well. Finally, with factory and dealer incentives, and some flexibility, we were able to upgrade to a more desirable model. Thanks everyone! More

Efficient Service Adapted To The Age Of Covid-19 In the midst of the Coronavirus lockdown, my ML350 announced that it needed Service B7. I took advantage of MBHE's "social distancing" service, where In the midst of the Coronavirus lockdown, my ML350 announced that it needed Service B7. I took advantage of MBHE's "social distancing" service, whereby they collected my car from my home with minimal contact. As well as the 60,000 mile service, they also carried out an MB Service Campaign steering rack bolt replacement, resealed a rocker cover that was leaking oil, installed a new battery, and washed and cleaned the vehicle. My service advisor, Jason Palmer, kept me informed of progress by phone and e-mail. They collected the car at 9:00 am on Monday morning and returned it on Tuesday afternoon. The service experience proceeded smoothly, efficiently and on time. All in all, an excellent service experience. More
