Great customer service Our sales person was Nina G and she was awesome! We are previous owners and were looking to upgrade. Ive been to other MB dealerships but none of Our sales person was Nina G and she was awesome! We are previous owners and were looking to upgrade. Ive been to other MB dealerships but none of them take the time or care like Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates does. Nina had the car ready and waiting for us that we were looking to test drive. Nina was very professional and took good care of us. I like that there is no hassle and negotiating back and forth and wasting time. During Covid-19, I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go test drive or even go out to look for a new car. When we asked Nina about the what they were doing to protect themselves and customers she explained the procedures they had in place right away. MB of Hoffman Estates has a Sanitizing station. They spray and wipe to disinfect cars after each use/test drive. Every hour everyone at MB of H.E. stops and disinfects their workstation. I thought that was great and it showed that they care about their employees and customers. MB of Hoffman Estates made me feel safe and comfortable during Covid-19. Nina made our buying experience safe, quick and we are very happy with the purchase and of course the service provided. I would not want to go anywhere else.
