I asked about what was wrong with a car, first I was told it was detail wax. Mike goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy with what they are getting. His demeanor puts customers at ease and he welcomes customer questions. At all points in the sales process, he is communicative as to what the next steps are and keeps you informed. Also, while taking the time to inform you of different options, etc… never did I feel that there was a “hard sell” going on. All transactions were transparent. Mike is really an asset to the Zeigler Auto Group and is great at building relationships with his customers.
