I intend to trade my 2021 low mileage NX-300 for a new vehicle. I was firmly decided on purchasing a Genisis GV 70. However, my son advised me to consider the GLC 300 and test drive it before committing vehicle. I was firmly decided on purchasing a Genisis GV 70. Although my preference was for the GV 70, I decided to visit Mercedes dealership to at least view the GLC 300/ Upon meeting with Chris Kaminski, I outlined my specific requirements. He engaged in a comprehensive discussion with me for approximately 30 min., detailing all available options. I posed numerous inquiries, and he responded to each of them in a highly professional and informative manner. Following this discussion, I made the decision to proceed with the purchase of a new vehicle and specified my preference for a black exterior with beige interior. I was seeking a fully equipped model, and while there was one available in the showroom, it was graphite with a black interior. I informed him that I required $33,000 for my Lexus and a 6% discount off the sticker price. Ultimately, they offered me$32,000 for my Lexus and a $1,200 discount on the sticker price. I made the decision to purchase a new GLC-300 and told him that I was looking for 33000 for my Lexus Nx-300 and at least 6 % off sticker. After a few back and forth they offered 32000 for my trade in and 1200 off from sticker. I was really impressed by Chris’ patience and answered all my questions. I had lots of questions about GLC-300, and he took the time to answer them all. If you are looking for Mercedes, I would ask chrisis;s. He is very professional. After I purchased the car Alex went over all the settings and explained in detail. Next day I went again to ask more on questions, and He went over again in professional manner. More
