In this crazy time of supply chain issues and car shortages, my wife and I had a very pleasurable experience. We began with the intent to buy out our lease and ended up leasing a new 2022 GLC 300 at shortages, my wife and I had a very pleasurable experience. We began with the intent to buy out our lease and ended up leasing a new 2022 GLC 300 at a very fair price. A very good deal - all parties happy. Kirk Anderson and Tom Herwehe. were very accommodating, patient and easy to work with. Wed had a lot of questions and they had the answers. We have owned or leased Mercedes cars since 2005. Their service center provides the same level of courtesy and professional relationship as the sales department. It is easy to return to this dealership to buy and have maintenance work performed when you know the entire dealership is there to serve you as a totally committed organization. Zeigler Mercedes-Benz of Hoffmann Estates is highly recommended for automobile purchase, lease and service. More
