Best car buying experience ever! The guys at Mercedes-Benz Hoffman Estates were amazing. Avery helped us out with finding my dream car, was super knowledgeable but also laid back/n The guys at Mercedes-Benz Hoffman Estates were amazing. Avery helped us out with finding my dream car, was super knowledgeable but also laid back/no pressure and just an enjoyable person to work with. He’s young but don’t let that fool you, I’d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Juan in finance took over and made everything easy, understandable and wasn’t trying to push gimmicky add-ons. He was funny and broke down the cost saving of wheel and tire protection with getting ready to tech a teenager to drive 😂 When everything was done and signed, Alex (product specialist) had my car waiting with a bow on it and walked me through all the setup and integrations, which was super helpful with all the amazing tech this car has in it - car wash mode? Glad he explained that one, I never would have known. Can’t recommend Mercedes-Benz Hoffman Estates enough, a great and relaxed car buying experience! More
