I’m from FL had a blowout on I-95 on Sunday. VERY Disappointed in Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head… just returned to the low country from a great road trip out through Wyoming and Montana touring in our Sprinter, and she needed a bath along with her 20,0 returned to the low country from a great road trip out through Wyoming and Montana touring in our Sprinter, and she needed a bath along with her 20,000 mi service. Several days and in excess of $1300 later, got my oil change and fuel filter replacement, no problem, and assumed a ‘courtesy wash’ would be included but No, they can’t accommodate that. Lots of guys wearing the Mercedes shirt hanging out in the service lobby when I picked her up, apparently no one with a water hose and enough initiative to get a courtesy wash done. More
