I have always enjoyed Hilton Head Mercedes. I have recommended HH Mercedes to several of my Mercedes owning friends. Some of these friends have even purchased their new vehicles from HH Mercede I have recommended HH Mercedes to several of my Mercedes owning friends. Some of these friends have even purchased their new vehicles from HH Mercedes, as I have intended to going forward. Every employee does their job and have been nothing but pleasant and appreciative of my business. Today I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting the absolute worst employee of any dealership I ever encountered. Not only was she nasty and condescending to me and my husband, but to her fellow employees as well. Without any apology or embarrassment. The biggest problem is that this is someone who is forward facing in the company. This encounter is enough to keep paying customers away, especially when there are several dealerships to choose from within a short drive. I suspect the owner would want to know that this employee is not only unkind to fellow employees that gives an unhealthy work environment vibe to customers but also uses the same unsavory tone with to people who are literally handing her their credit cards to pay good money for services. More

PleasureWay RV with sprinter chassis in for second time for dead battery. First time they replaced battery and I don’t know if they did diagnostics. This time Service said they could not find any drain on for dead battery. First time they replaced battery and I don’t know if they did diagnostics. This time Service said they could not find any drain on the battery. They said I should start and run it at least once a week to keep battery charged. I cannot believe this. I would not have bought the RV if I knew this. Now I am going to have to sell it at a major loss because we cannot deal with running it once a week when not traveling. So I don’t know whether this is the dealership covering up that they can’t find the problem or in fact Mercedes tells customers if they buy a Sprinter they have to make sure and run it at least once a week. If that is the case I doubt there will be much Sprinter sales. I am very disappointed in Mercedes. More
