We live in Savannah and do not like the dealership in town. We have for the last three years been happy and willing to invest the time and travel to Hilton Head they have always been more accommodating a town. Recently, the service department seems to be seriously overworked and overbooked. The last two appointments took multiple days to get our car back and there was nothing that warranted the delay to the extent that we experience. We went to our son’s graduation in Parris Island and had a flat tire. We plugged the tire and during the process lost the lug lock. After my son graduation the tire started loosing air and so we wrecked the a flat tire. We plugged the tire and during the process lost the lug lock. Michael immediately said I am so sorry to hear that and I will be doing everything to ensure that you guys get a tire to get home. Michael was extremely professional and he listened attentively. Michael even congratulated my son. Michael ensured that we got something to eat, he checked how we were doing and most of all Michael made sure to keep us updated every step of the way. It has been a long time I experienced anyone showing concern and care the way Michael did. In less than 30 minutes our car was ready and washed and we were off to Florida. Michael we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel welcome and going the extra mile to help us get back to Florida.
