Every member of their staff acknowledges your presence with a smile. I have been in their dealership several times for upgrades, answers or service and each time, the level of attention was supreme. Recognition of an individual named, Monica Green, must be made here. Speaking with Monica would be the best part of anyones day, regardless of the circumstances, but given the need or desire to talk about your car and any issues you might be having, Monica is excellent! Monica takes ownership of the issue, makes your desires her own, and meets your needs with a confidence. Monica has flair! Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head has flair. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable answering our many questions about multiple models! He did not pressure us and told us to call him with any questions (even if we were at another dealership)! Nelson was great! Called back two days later to purchase and they would not honor price given during visit by not even returning call, etc. It was like I offended them by not accepting their gracious price immediately, and them they were going to retaliate. Oh well found better deal elsewhere with more friendly folks. More
