A member of the Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head team picked me up at the airport and gave me a ride to the dealership. The car looked and drove amazing and the sales team was great. I paid the agreed upon price, no hidden or last minute fees. They treated me like a valued customer compared to the Northeast, were people act like they are doing me a favor, by letting me buy a car and taking my money. It was an 800 mile ride home and I will gladly do it again when my wife needs to replace her Audi next year. I have owned a Mercedes for the last two years and frankly can't wait to get rid of it. It has had numerous problems none that have been normal maintenance . The first time we brought the car in for service we reported several problems and when we picked it up we assumed that all items had been fixed. Unfortunately that was not the case . And so that prompted the second visit with another hefty bill. Finally on our last visit I am highly insulted that this email wad addressed to my husband and not to the car owner. I am the one who spoke with the service department and so I am the one giving the review. I was extremely upset when I picked up my vehicle that it had not been washed or vacuumed. You would think that would be just common courtesy. Just another reason not to own another Mercedes. More
