Incredible service. Above and beyond! I accidentally put regular gas in our Atlas Airstream and was stranded on the side of highway 95 for 5+ hours, Monica went out of Above and beyond! I accidentally put regular gas in our Atlas Airstream and was stranded on the side of highway 95 for 5+ hours, Monica went out of her way from her daughters socket game to call us and help find towing, and directed us to the right service, there were so many wrong ways to go she spared us from so much possible grief! When he tow truck arrived she was there to drive us to a hotel, which was almost an hour away from her. She intended on getting us our RV back the next day by 1:00 pm. And that’s what she did! We could not be more grateful for her getting us back on the road to visit grandkids in Pennsylvania, especially the new 3 week old baby girl! It surely could have been a huge nightmare if not for her “Devine intervention” and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head. Thank you thank you thank you! 🥰 More
