I had a recent failure of our electric safety brake. I had the car towed to the dealership. Upon its arrival service agent Melissa called me to let me know that my car arrived. She committed to getting I had the car towed to the dealership. Upon its arrival service agent Melissa called me to let me know that my car arrived. She committed to getting it in the queue she thought it might take a day or two. A couple of later she called to say it was in the shop and the problem was identified and that a part would be ordered and it would take 2 days. Melissa called me this morning and told me the part had arrived and that she would call me in a couple of hours to confirm job completion. She did exactly that and also told me the entire job was under warranty, which was great news. Melissa was great ultra communicative and gave us great experience. Kudos to MB of Hilton Head for hiring a great associate and providing us with a totally amazing experience!! More
