Tommy, Thank you for your review, we appreciate it. We provide a courtesy inspection on every client that comes in free of charge. These inspections are to make you aware of any potential problems that might arise in the future and ways to prevent them. At no time is anyone under any obligation to perform any of the serviced recommended to them. They are meant to be informative and shown in an effort to assist you with your decision making. During your visit your 14 ML came in with a leaky tire, during that inspection it was found that you have a cracked rim which could be the issue causing the deflation. In addition to the crack leaking air that crack could expand and cause overall catastrophic failure of the rim while driving. It's our duty to warn you of these items and show you ways to prevent them as to protect yourself and any occupants from harm. I am sorry that you were offended by the bill, however we noted you have aftermarket rims on that don't match the ML, therefore we showed you a cost to replace all 4 rims so they would match. You are more than welcome to go and search for the same rim elsewhere and we would be happy to put it on for you. We thank you for your feedback and in the future maybe a more involved conversation with you will aide in your understanding of how the inspections work.
