Update 04/20: The next morning after posting this review I received a call from Monica, who is a service manager at the business. She listened to my concerns and agreed someone at the business had failed me and offered to make it right. She agreed to take the car in and work through my concerns at no cost to me. I have dropped it off, was provided a loaner, and expect to receive my car back on Wednesday. While I was very unhappy with the initial service, I appreciate that someone at the business understood my concerns and frustration and took the steps to rebuild my trust.

I apologize that we did not meet your expectations on your most recent service visit in regards to your tire failure. Road Hazzard insurance does not typically cover when the tread and wear are below specifications written into the insurance agreement. Abigail does a tremendous job for us and was attempting to be transparent with you about your claim and let you know that because of the excess wear on the tire that failed it may not be covered. It was an original tire as the others had been previously replaced. We highly value and respect all of our clients and strive every day to provide exceptional level of service. In saying this we do occasionally make mistakes but attempt to recover and exceed our clients expectations. Abigail was able to secure the coverage in your situation. Our Service Director, Monica has reached out to you for a discussion but has been unable to make contact. We will use your situation as a learning experience and review it with Abigail and our staff. We understand that the situation was stressful for you and that it is our responsibility to alleviate as much as possible. All of our team members are required to treat all of our customers with respect and professionalism at all times! We ask that our guest treat our associates the same way and not burst out in profanity laced tirades. Abigail did not deserve that!
