I just moved to the Bluffton area from Charlotte,NC. I assumed I would get the same level of care I received in Charlotte. The experience at MB of Hilton Head was so much better - best in over 4 years! I expected the maintenance service to take 4-5 days but may car was ready to pick up the next morning. The entire staff was focused on delivering a great client experience. Michael was my service advisor and he made it his personal mission to impress me. Since Covid I have been trying to decided if I should purchasing another brand of car since MB was not the great experience it once was——- maybe I will rethink that! More

Service was excellent- beyond excellent before, during and after sale. Nick our sales rep was outstanding as well as management and even front desk. They found me a quiet desk to work while sale was being and after sale. Nick our sales rep was outstanding as well as management and even front desk. We bought from another luxury dealership last fall and we were highly disappointed with sales follow through as well as management and service department. I spent thousands of dollars to have my vehicle repaired as the engine light was on. After 2 service visits another shop believed the engine needs replaced. Incompetent.
