My interactions with all of the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head have been very positive. They are professional, courteous, and focused on providing great customer service. My Service Advisor during my Hilton Head have been very positive. They are professional, courteous, and focused on providing great customer service. My Service Advisor during my last two appointments, Michael Burns, has been particularly helpful. I really appreciate his focus on doing an excellent job for me...and he is always pleasant and patient with a positive attitude. Also, thank you to Jacqueline Stone for helping me with buy tires during my visit to the dealership in December 2024. I plan to come back for additional services. More
