I don't know how to compare prices...I just couldn't rate it "great". I think servicing a MB is high but I go there for the customer service. I feel the service dept values my time. The work is always done right the first time. Car is washed and vacumed. Then after the call from the dept I can pick up in a timely manner. NOTE. All these steps don't fall into place just on their own. Obviously management is on their mark day in and day out. So I had to wait one week to bring in my car for some issues because there were no loner cars available all week, when I finally came in for my appointment that day and dropped off my car there were st issues because there were no loner cars available all week, when I finally came in for my appointment that day and dropped off my car there were still no loner cars available, I had a late appointment on this day but I had some time to come in earlier so I called too see If I could bring it in earlier and there would be a loner available, I was told yes there would be and it was ok to come in earlier, they gave me a time and send me a confirmation to my email. I came in went trough the issues with the service consultant, as I went to get my loner the guy at the counter tells me there was no loner car available. So my options were to wait 4 hrs for a car or get shuttled home where I live an hour away. I was very upset, my day off have tons of things to do and now I'm car less. Do you really think that i am going to sit there for 4 freaking hours!!!! Totally unbelievable, the manager didn't even bother to come out and show his face to apologize, he sat in his office didn't care. The guy behind the loner counter was so roude and the meaningless apology from the consultant, I just couldn't believe what horrible customer service this place has. Worst Mercedes Benz dealership I have ever delt with. You should get some lessons from Mercedes in California,,,,, your customer service is awful!!!!!! More
