Horrible service! Mercedes-Benz of Henderson is by far the worst dealership I've been to! I've had numerous problems in the past with this location, and their staff. Then I googled the reviews for this location. This location only has 3 stars, need I say more!? They're way over priced as well. I had a service check in November 2014 with Stephan H., he told me it was going to cost $4744.50 to get my car fixed. I got my car fixed Jan 29,2015 at their sister location for $1495.00. For the EXACT same work I was told I needed by Stephan. It is very confusing on why Mercedes of Henderson is so over priced. Not to mention I didn't need to get one thing fixed that Stephan told me I needed to get fixed. Fletcher Jones service manager took the time to explain everything to me, as well as answer any questions I had. From here on out I will take my business there, and will tell everyone I know in LV to do the same. I feel like Stephan treats me a certain way because I only own a C class. I hope one day this location will get better service advisers, and better reviews from the people in Henderson, Nv. Thank you for your time. God Bless. More

Timely Repairs Our car experienced difficulty on our ride into town and we had to have it towed 65 miles to our home in Henderson. We called on Monday morning to have the car repaired and they accommodated our repair in a quick, efficient and highly professional manner. Stephan Huor, our service rep, was exceptional, answering all our questions and keeping us informed of the repairs over the two days the car was in the shop. We got a wonderful loaner car as we only had the one car on our visit. We are happy there is a Mercedes dealer in town to manage our repairs. If we ever have any issues with our car while visiting Henderson, we will certainly return to Mercedes Benz of Henderson to meet our repair needs. More
