I must set an appointment to drop my car for service I was experiencing problems with my car vibrating. I called and want to make arrangements for service. I was told I must make an appointment and see my assigned service advisor or I could not have service. I said I wanted to supply any information on the phone and drop it at my convenience. They could fix it any time as I have three cars and can only drive one at a time. I was told this was not this dealerships procedure and I must comply. I stated that I am not an employee but a customer. I asked for the service manager to call. He never called. Found another company that could provide service at my car at my convenience, not theirs. A full set of premium tires and a job well done......Elsewhere. More
