Excellent service Just bought a used Mercedes GLA-250 from another dealership. Eric was so accomodating and helpful with the problem and he finished the job as promised on time. The best part is that he did not charged me anything for the service. Shawn Rutkowski is amazing!!! I met Shawn during a previous nightmare experience in service at Henderson. He came out to see what was going on and gave me his business card. Since then Shawn has shown excellent customer service to my family and I from remembering where I work to ensuring Nitrogen is only used in my tires. I did not have to remind him of this and he even annotated it on my service ticket. This time my car was experiencing a front end sqweek that I feared would cost me thousands. After Shawn made the appointment for me and even offered me a loaner car, he contacted me with all the details. The honesty and professionalism of Shawn cannot be topped. I fear the day he leaves or gets promoted as I will loose a valuable point of contact for my car maintenance. More
