Hello Candice, It is my understanding that our service manager Spencer has worked diligently to find a resolution for you. To best identify the pulling concern it was necessary to perform several test runs, and we concluded that the car performed per the design of the manufacture. Spencer’s suggestion that you could visit our sister store and complete a test drive in a new S Class or get a second opinion was respectfully offered to verify how this vehicle is designed to drive. I am happy to know you had the opportunity to speak with MBUSA, and did confirm our store met the requested credit for the service and applied this to your credit card.
