Chose to wait for the car and enjoyed the lovely cafe area- did office work on my laptop. Great place!! More
Unbelievably BAD POOR UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE I will finally post my review. Always for 6 yrs I have been treated bad at both dealers in Las Vegas. I don’t know what to do with this lease. Was in Henderson on Tuesday Oct 15 for service. Got a loaner. Went back the same day to get my car. Drove in an associate met with me before I finished parking. Took care of my bill - I was told there was no expense nothing to pay. Took my car drive back home 45 min. On Thursday I got a voicemail saying I had not returned the keys. Checked and I had the keys. Called back and apologized but in my defense said that their associate should’ve asked me for them since these cars do not need a key to drive. Told them I was at work which is 15 min away from them and I couldn’t drive there again bcuz of my busy schedule. Today is Oct 24. They have not come for the keys but they charged my banco account with $653. Totally unacceptable. I do not deserve this and I do not recommend MB at all. It’s been 6 years full of disappointing services rudeness and discrimmanation. I don’t want to make this story longer but definitely HERE IN LAS VAGAS you should NOT shop for a MB. EVER NEVER. !!!!!!!! There’s many excellent quality cars out there and you have a good chance to be treated with respect and professionalism. this was MY mistake since I got treated like this the very FIRST time I went there shopping for one of their cars. More

They always treat me with courtesy and professionalism and go the extra mile to help with any concerns I might have whether it is servicing my vehicle, arranging for a loaner or simply getting a car wash.
