I was disappointed Mercedes has not updated the software to accommodate my iPhone 10 to read aloud text messages as I drive. Will was attentive, accommodating, and educated me regarding my vehicles need. Very personable and professional. I have always believed the cost of service/parts at MB is too high. I was VERY disappointed to learn the GLK body style has been discontinued by MB. I do NOT like the GLC body style as it is too much like a sedan. If the GLK body style is not returned by the time I am ready to replace my current vehicle, I am afraid I will have to leave the MB family after having been a loyal MB driver for over 35 years! Additionally, while I do not know their names, the young staff you have working curb side to receive and welcome customers are delightful. While I do not know their names, I had interaction with three young men and one young woman. They they were each wonderful young people and each a credit to the high standards of customer service of your organization. Please pass that along! More
