Amazing Customer Service by Mr. Edwards! During this time of financial crisis thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, a car repair was the LAST thing I wanted to deal with. However, Mr. Marvin Edwar During this time of financial crisis thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, a car repair was the LAST thing I wanted to deal with. However, Mr. Marvin Edwards provided the BEST customer service I've received since first bringing my Mercedes C-250 to the dealership in the four years I've owned my vehicle. He quickly identified the issue, identified others that were needing attention, but never made me feel pressured into spending unnecessary money to have repairs made when they could wait. He was kind, compassionate, friendly, and went over and above to ensure that everything I could handle now could be taken care of, and kept me updated as to when the repairs would be completed. He truly went out of his way to find cost-saving measures for me as a personal favor, but somehow, I know he simply takes his job seriously, and this is how he does his job every single day. I can't tell you how grateful I am, because as for most Americans during these times, every dollar counts. Mr. Edwards is someone special who takes customer service seriously, and I hope the dealership is as glad to have him as we are! More

Had car in for service. They say the car sales man sells your first car, and the service agent sells the second. Agreed! Will was my service agent and made the entire experience amazing.
