Over the years, every interaction with each team member at Mercedes Benz of Henderson has been an absolute delight. The only disappointing thing that is usually always done at other MBZ dealerships that MB of Henderson doesn't do, is always wash/clean my Sprinter, I've had service done in Oklahoma, Oregon, California and Utah, and for some reason, Henderson is truly the only one lacking this small quick service, even if only a quick spray down of the exterior, not a big deal, still love MB Henderson and try to always have service here in Henderson rather than another dealership. Always friendly I've been coming here for three years now to service a car I bought elsewhere. The service staff are always friendly, helpful and informative. The sta I've been coming here for three years now to service a car I bought elsewhere. The service staff are always friendly, helpful and informative. The staff at the loaner desk are very efficient. If i elect to wait for my car when serviced, vs taking a loaner and going to the office or wherever, I'm free to browse the showroom without feeling like I'm being sized up for a kill. On the other hand, if I do have questions about any model on the floor, the sales staff goes out of their way to assist me. The dealership is always clean and there's a very nice welcoming "boutique" feel there. In short, I'd recommend MB of Henderson to anyone without hesitation. More
