MARVIN EDWARDS, Service Advisor I recently took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was lucky enough to have Marvin Edwards as my service advisor. He was extremely personable, I recently took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was lucky enough to have Marvin Edwards as my service advisor. He was extremely personable, professional and helpful unlike the previous service advisors I’ve been assigned before. This is my second MB through Henderson and I have not been pleased with the service in the past; so much so, that my husband and I considered going elsewhere for a vehicle. Former advisors have been extremely unhelpful and didn’t provide much customer service at all. I live a few hours away and unfortunately, I am unable to wait for my vehicle in the comfort of my own home. Although I’ve told every single advisor of my situation, Marvin Edwards was the ONLY one who took my comfort into consideration. Mr. Edwards offered options so that I wouldn’t have to be stuck waiting 3-4 hrs in the lounge. (Something no other service advisor has ever offered before!) He made my vehicle and I a priority. Marvin Edwards should be commended for his fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service at this location. More
