Dave is the single BEST service representative I have ever worked with at ANY dealership. I was in a bind after breaking down between Los Angeles and Colorado (new vehicle too!), and Dave came through fo ever worked with at ANY dealership. I was in a bind after breaking down between Los Angeles and Colorado (new vehicle too!), and Dave came through for me. Although the dealership was heavily booked, he managed to squeeze me in, and the tech (thank you sir) was able to diagnose and fix it in relatively short time (could have been days but it was the same day). Dave gave me frequent updates and never forgot about me. Given that I am not from around Henderson, he made me feel as if it was my primary dealership. In fact, everyone at the dealership was welcoming and offered water, donuts, etc. Comfortable, ample seating and TV's helped pass the time. What a great experience compared to most other dealerships I've been to. Some people just have "it," and Dave is one of them. Thanks for being a superstar, Dave. More

The service performed on my car was horrible, the worse part is they did not acknowledge the damage that the technician did to my car, the oil was never changed, he added more than the standard instead of part is they did not acknowledge the damage that the technician did to my car, the oil was never changed, he added more than the standard instead of changing it, the overflowed oil was coming from everywhere and you could see it dripping on my driveway when I got home, smoke was coming out the tail pipe, the car could never be driven after that, I had to take it somewhere else to get the oil change done correctly, and amount of oil that came out was more than the safe amount to put on a car. If this is the service department that is supposed to help me keep my car in good condition, then I will never buy a Mercedes Benz again, there are other brands out there that the services are outstanding and customers are valued. More
