I brought my vehicle in for servicing, but when I got it back, it had lower body damage. Upon contacting the service manager, Spencer Kaplan, he immediately denied responsibility without even examining the back, it had lower body damage. Initially, I suspected the damage occurred while being racked prior to being worked on, but after insisting he inspect it, Kaplan claimed it was from hitting a curb. Kaplan denied having video evidence of that side of my vehicle upon pickup, and he continues to deny responsibility. As a Mercedes owner for over a decade and having purchased three Mercedes vehicles, this has been my worst experience with a Mercedes dealership! I strongly advise capturing pictures and a 360-degree video of your vehicle before leaving it for service at this location. More

I had a check engine light come on in the 2017 Sprinter chassis of my RV, and all I wanted to know was what condition caused the light, and possibly change the rear turn signal since it was flashing quickl chassis of my RV, and all I wanted to know was what condition caused the light, and possibly change the rear turn signal since it was flashing quickly. I made an appointment for 10 a.m. and arrived at 9:55. Chad Bartel was in charge of my vehicle. He immediately told me the turn signal is the responsibility of Winnebago and not Mercedes, and I was fine with that. Chad also told me it would be about two hours. Fine, I'll wait. Four hours later, with no contact from Chad, who I could not find, the cashier was able to contact him and tell me that my vehicle was still being diagnosed. It was at this point where I went back to a different waiting room with videos of the repair bays, and I found my RV. Soon I noticed the emergency flashers were on. If this was to check the fast turn signal I'm not sure why it was done since the turn signal is not their responsibility. Finally, after five and a half hours I get a text with over $4000 worth of service suggestions. All I wanted to know was what caused the check engine light. The other services were normal maintenance issues that would be taken care of at the next service of the vehicle. Then it took over 30 minutes to get the vehicle into my hands. Time recorded from when I watched it back out of the service bay. It has now been over SIX hours to determine the check engine light. Chad offers no words of apology, just a bill for $280. I gave him a flyer for 15% off and told him about the $200 credit I have from the last time Henderson Mercedes screwed me over back in March. Of course Chad could find no record of the $200. So he did the only proper thing of the day and charged me nothing. Why is it every time I leave a Mercedes service department, Henderson, Santa Fe, Milwaukee, I leave disappointed. Not to worry, this will be the LAST time I visit Henderson Mercedes. I attempted to leave a review on their website, but since last November its not possible. I wonder why? More

I had no plans to visit Mercedes of Henderson-Benz of Henderson but on my journey from Pho recent experience I say you have arrived, congratulations. I had no plans to visit Mercedes of Henderson-Benz of Henderson but on my journey from Phoenix, AZ to attend the NAB Trade Show in Las Vegas an encounter with a deep Pothole on Hwy 93, while driving my 2014 S550, sealed the deal. Vibrations in my steering wheel told me there was most surely an issue that needed attention, the fact that the car made the 30 miles from pothole to Mercedes-Benz of Henderson is a true testament to the road worthiness and build quality of a Mercedes-Benz. On arriving at your dealership I feared what this would cost me, once I met with Service Advisor Michael Minchey I knew that I would be well taken care of and my fears were almost immediately quenched. Michael managed my concerns with the car in a professional and caring manner which put me immediately at ease, I was on a tight schedule and had no plans to visit a Mercedes Dealership during this visit. Michael was efficient, respectful and most importantly had great confidence in his team to evaluate the needs of my car as a result of the incident. After explaining the process I was introduced to Jose who kindly drove me to my hotel near the Convention Center, a true gentleman whom it was a pleasure to travel with at the courtesy of Mercedes-Benz of Henderson, a member dealer of the Mercedes-Benz of Newport Beach which I was very familiar with as I once lived in San Juan Capistrano A Fletcher Jones Company. The very next morning Michael communicated with me the Diagnosis and cost of remedy, at the same time volunteering all current available discounts to help with the cost, he did not need to do that but another testament to his character which further made me feel comfortable. Amazingly by the end of that same day after correcting two bent wheels and a wheel alignment the car was ready for me to pick-up, this was without any appointment for such work but Michael being aware that the next day I had to travel back to Phoenix. Now that's not the whole story, as a result of Michael allowing me to feel comfortable with every aspect of the process, I elected to have the A Service which I was 1300 miles from needing AND spark plugs replaced which was recommended at 50,000 miles, I have 64,000 on my vehicle. Jose picked me up at the end of the day and when I arrived my car was ready to go, absolutely Amazing. Upon my safe arrival back here in Phoenix I did a quick check on local pricing, Mercedes-Benz of Henderson was very competitive but most important of all I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Henderson for all your Mercedes needs. In fact as I travel to Las Vegas at least once a year I will be entrusting my future Mercedes servicing to Mercedes-Benz of Henderson and their impressive attention to detail and awesome customer service.
