He never waivered with the quality of his services. We test drove 2 different type of vehicles and looked inside about 10 vehicles before reaching our final decision. He went above and beyond to transfer my belongings and to provide me with future assistance with my first service and car wash. Evelyn Herrera was an expert trainer in the vehicle and also offered any further assistance should we have any questions later on. More

He took the time to understand my priorities and needs, and patiently worked with me as we searched for the perfect vehicle. Solex's attention to detail is notable - I never had to mention anything more than once for him to take notice and apply the information. Solex not only embodies what a Mercedes-Benz associate should be, but raises the standard for all sales associates out there. It is because of Solex, I will never consider another vehicle other than a Mercedes-Benz again. Incredible associate, and an even better guy! More
Above and Beyond The phrase sometimes gets overused in costumer service oriented industries, but Solex truly did go above and beyond to make sure I was extremely happy The phrase sometimes gets overused in costumer service oriented industries, but Solex truly did go above and beyond to make sure I was extremely happy with the purchase. Altho I paid a little more then what I would have liked, I am confident that he still made sure it was the best possible price I could get. Outside of the sale, after the paperwork was done, he also went far beyond what I expected of any sales person to do, when we ran into one minor issue. He took care of it at absolutely no inconvenience to me, and made sure I was satisfied with everything, all the way thru. The only negative in the whole experience had nothing to do with Solex, but was with the financing. The guy was very professional and friendly but I also felt he was a little abrasive and dismissive of my concerns regarding the pre-paid maintenance services they offer. When I leased my previous Mercedes two years ago, I was offered the 3 prepaid services at only an additional $4 per month. It was a deal of a lifetime considering the cost of the service, and when I mentioned it to this particular gentleman, he almost snarked, and I felt like he didn't believe me. He pulled up the previous lease and according to him, they charged the full amount, when in fact I know they didn't. I didn't end up paying the additional $30 per month they wanted and when I tried to explain to him that it was too much, I felt like he was trying to make me look silly for not taking it and kept telling me that I will have to pay for it one way or another like I didn't understand that this is mandatory and that I obviously will have to pay for it eventually. I tried to explain to him, from a monthly budgeting perspective, it was easier for me to pay for it at time of service then to increase my monthly payments, but he kept interrupting me and kept saying "better you pay now, because you have to do this eventually, these services are mandatory..." Other then that, the whole experience with Solex was very much to my satisfaction. From the first time he contacted me about a early trade in for my previous leas, to the follow up phone call to make sure I was still satisfied with everything few days after, he truly went above and beyond and I look forward to working with him again when this leas is up. More
