Henderson location works better for me due to location, plus I understood that a service member I’d worked with at West Sahara, Spencer Kaplan, was at Henderson. I emailed Spencer to set up an appointment. He responded within an hour and set me up with service rep Erik Rudd. From my initial email communication through picking up my car this morning the experience was great. I’m no fan of the general hassle of having my car serviced, though Mercedes Benz of Henderson came through big time. Notable team members I worked with during this visit, Erik, Amanda and Victor.
