The service department is also very impressive. The pick-up drop off service is so convenient since we work from home! It makes service a breeze. In addition, early in the quarantine, we were having problems with our battery. The service department sent the service truck right out to the house and she replaced our battery in the driveway!! Overall our experience was top notch. Just what you would expect from a luxury car dealership but don't often find. More

He was extremely personable, professional and helpful unlike the previous service advisors I’ve been assigned before. This is my second MB through Henderson and I have not been pleased with the service in the past; so much so, that my husband and I considered going elsewhere for a vehicle. Former advisors have been extremely unhelpful and didn’t provide much customer service at all. I live a few hours away and unfortunately, I am unable to wait for my vehicle in the comfort of my own home. Although I’ve told every single advisor of my situation, Marvin Edwards was the ONLY one who took my comfort into consideration. Mr. Edwards offered options so that I wouldn’t have to be stuck waiting 3-4 hrs in the lounge. (Something no other service advisor has ever offered before!) He made my vehicle and I a priority. Marvin Edwards should be commended for his fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service at this location. More
