We took our 2004 E class in for service and learned it had some significant problems. The service people were wonderful and introduced us to Ray Jiminez. Mr. Jiminez clearly described the features of the C class cars that were available. He made a very good offer for our 2004 car, as well as explaining the dealer incentives. My husband and I felt it was a very fair offer. After we drove the car and accepted the offer, everything went quickly and smoothly. Mr. Jiminez is extremely knowledgeable in organizing and completing all the necessary paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with him - he is friendly, enthusiastic, extremely pleasant. Pete Moneo was also incredibly helpful, informing us of all the finance options. He also is extremely knowledgeable and made all the paperwork as easy as possible. We discovered a small paint chip on our new car when we arrived home. We called Mr. Jiminez, who immediately arranged for us to come in the day day for repair, which was done perfectly.
