this is a good dealership , more friendly and more professtional to talk with a customer i love that , i bought used car and was very good , had one year waranty but had something on side marker ligh professtional to talk with a customer i love that , i bought used car and was very good , had one year waranty but had something on side marker light < front bumper > was broken i do ask service department i will pay about $ 150.00 something . i just bought that 6 days and i did not see that was broken anyway i will to repair some where esle , but all over i love this dealership More
I am a USAA member and the special pricing for USAA memebers is what brought me to Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. Each of the employess I worlked with coulkd not have beem more pleasant to deal with. This purchase was my 19th new car and I have never had a better car buying experience. During the initial discussion process, the General Manager, Ray Burke, came over to talk with my wife and I just to introduce himself. We were pressed for time, so they told us to go do what we needed and we could come back the next day and all the paperwork would be done. They were 100% true to their word. I recommend all USAA members that read this rating that are considering a Mercedes-Benz, go to Henderson Mercedes-Benz. The pricing puts their vehicles in range. I also recommend all prospective buyers to visit them. I was at another Mercedes dealership and was not treated any where near the way the Henderson treated you. Ray Jimenez is extremely knowledegable in all aspects or the car buying process and there was not anything he did not know about the operation of the vehicle we bought. He knew about every bell and whistle that was on the vehoicle and how to operate it. This purchase has been the best purchase of a vehicle I have ever had. All pleasure and absolutly no hassel. More

Tom Judge was extremely friendly and helpful to us. No pressure to buy was exerted at any time. His time was sincerely appreciated by my wife and myself. Manager, Ray Burke, was extremely friendly and was very helpful in offering what I consider approving a good deal for us. Finally, Peter who did the financial documents for us also need to be commended for his friendliness and for working with us to get the additional warranties that we wanted and keeping our monthly payments exactly where my wife and I wanted them to stay. This was such a comfortable, stress free car buying experience. The salesman George was more like a friend than a business man to work with and provided all that could be expected, and more, to my Mercedes Benz buying experience. The whole M-B of Henderson staff made me feel like a long lost friend and did everything possible to make my Wife and I happy buyers. Good on ya M-B of Henderson. Ray, is trustworthy, and was always attentive and aware of our needs. He was never aggressive or pushy – at one point to our detriment as the first auto we were interested in was sold before we could make of our needs. That's why the second auto we purchased from him was the same day we stopped in the showroom. My only regret is that we don't need to purchase a third auto, but we'll be back in 2 years to trade up! After a poor experience with another Mercedes dealer in Las Vegas, we decided to try the dealer in Henderson before we purchased another brand. The sales professional Tom Judge was extremely helpful and the GM Steve Beecher actually spoke with us and assisted in our purchase. They addressed our concerns with our previous experience and really went above and beyond to make sure we didn't lose confidence in Mercedes as a company brand. Tom really did an outstanding job of showing us all the features the vehicle had at delivery. This was something not done previously at the other dealer. Since the sale if we have had any questions or concerns regarding anything from the service department to how we could get the vehicle in because of our work schedule a quick resolution has always been achieved. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone in the market for a Mercedes that would like to interact with some good, down to earth, sensible people that actually do care about their customers. We took our 2004 E class in for service and learned it had some significant problems. The service people were wonderful and introduced us to Ray Jiminez. Mr. Jiminez clearly described the features of the C class cars that were available. He made a very good offer for our 2004 car, as well as explaining the dealer incentives. My husband and I felt it was a very fair offer. After we drove the car and accepted the offer, everything went quickly and smoothly. Mr. Jiminez is extremely knowledgeable in organizing and completing all the necessary paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with him - he is friendly, enthusiastic, extremely pleasant. Pete Moneo was also incredibly helpful, informing us of all the finance options. He also is extremely knowledgeable and made all the paperwork as easy as possible. We discovered a small paint chip on our new car when we arrived home. We called Mr. Jiminez, who immediately arranged for us to come in the day day for repair, which was done perfectly. We are extremely pleased with everything about the dealership and look forward to a long relationship. More
