Drenna was very egar for our business. As soon as we walked in the door she was there to help us. She was friendly and good at explaining all the details. When we came in we were just looking and trying to decide what our next car was going to be. Drenna found the car that would suite us a ML 350 and let us take a test drive. That was all it took we loved the car and Drenna's personality. Although now I wish I would have known more about the premium package 2 with the keyless-go and Logic system 7 surround-sound system. I love the Mercedes so far.... I would highly recommend Drenna. Pete was our finance guy. He was very friendly and also helped us in a timely manner as we had a concert to get to. I would highly recommend Pete also. I would buy another car from Mercedes-Benz of Henderson. More

The salesman, Tom Judge, and all other persons that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. When we first approached the dealership we were looking for a used SLK class vehicle. They even contacte dealt with were very friendly and helpful. When we first approached the dealership we were looking for a used SLK class vehicle. They even contacted another dealer that we had tried to deal with but had a very bad experience, but that car was gone. We communicated our preferences and they did their best to accomodate us that day. We went home to think about things and spending that amount of money. Tom kept in touch with us but did not pressure us. The turning point was when Tom sent us a postcard with a picture of the 2012 SLK that we had looked at before. We returned to the dealership on 9-17-2011 and drove that car while they looked at our trade in. We were going through the Costco Aoto program so there was no haggling on the price of the car but they did give us a fair trade in price for our car, a 1998 SLK 230. The dealership makes it very easy to purchase a vehicle from them, almost too easy. The finance manager, Pete Moneo, was also very helpful when we were being told about the extended warranties and other options for the new vehicle. We would recommend this dealership to any body that asks us. More
I contacted Ray Jimenez a couple weeks ago to inquire about trading in my Mercedes and purchasing another. I met with Ray Monday 8/2011 to get some ideas on numbers for my purchase and trade. It did not take me long with Ray to make my decision on my purchase and that night I drive home with my new Mercedes. This is my fourth Mercedes, although my first dealing with Ray. I cannot express how happy I have been with his help, professionalism and honesty. He has been there for me through every aspect of this transaction and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate it. I love my new car. Ray,Jason & Pete were all great as well as both GM's. I am not an easy person to work with and they all kept their cool. I also love love, Dour Muray in service. Purchased my E350 three weeks ago. Received 5 star customer service from Ray. I was totally comfortable asking questions. He gave "hands on" lessons on all the options available inside the car. Actually went in to just talk about what I wanted, I knew what I wanted down to the last detail. I just needed details about late launch colors (the color I wanted, Lunar Blue, wasn't available until later what I wanted down to the last detail. I just needed details about late launch colors (the color I wanted, Lunar Blue, wasn't available until later in the year because of the new model, 2012 CLS550) and what the process was for ordering a car. I looked at a car on the lot (before talking to anyone) and it had all the major things I wanted other than the color and with the deal I got using my USAA buying program I figured, why be picky about the color and wait, so I drove it home. No high pressure sale, no hassle financing, no upselling of unnecessary add-ons (e.g. pre-paid maintenance plan). It was a nice experience. I'll be taking my car here for service but bad for them I'll probably not buy another one for many years since I drive my cars until they die. I say if you want a no xx experience then go see the folks at MB of Henderson. More
We were so satisfied with the entire process of this buying experience. Ray was patient and had great product knowledge, he also showed compassion with regard to our prior experience and great disappoin buying experience. His goal was to change our image of Fletcher Jones, he achieved his goal. We had previously gone to Fletcher Jones(Sahara) and walked off property completely unhappy. Nevertheless, we still gave Fletcher another shot and were happy the Henderson branch could provide all that we expect from a Mercedes dealer and more!!! The GM and finance were also exceptional.
