Jim I cant express the satisfaction I got when I purchased my slightly used car. I thought it was going to be a hectic long process and in fact it was the complete opposite. i just stopped by the dealership this afternoon and the first question salesman Ricky Yan asked me was how i will be financing the car because Mercedes doesn't finance students... How I will be paying for the car is NONE of your BUSINESS.... also not once did he smile... i had to ask him to smile because he looked upset and his answer was "it was really busy yesterday, im not mad, im just tired".... i dont care if he sold 100 cars yesterday, if you dont want to help me buy a car that's fine but what a lame excuse. Please retrain his customer service skills Mercedes because after test driving from Lexus, Audi, and BMW this afternoon, i will not go back to your dealership because of this unpleasant and rude experience. Overall this was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle and were impressed. Friendly, not pushy, quick transaction and a great price. Definitely recommend this dealership. However...We did purchase a pre-owned vehicle and was only provided one remote for the vehicle and no owners manual. This type of stuff is common when buying pre-owned "as is". For the remote, we were told and convinced that we may be able to get one with no cost. After 2 weeks of "looking into it" we were told we could purchase one. More
