Five Star treatment After dealing with abuse from the Findlay franchise, MB of Henderson was a bastion of hope. We had been shopping for new Toyota Tundra's across all th After dealing with abuse from the Findlay franchise, MB of Henderson was a bastion of hope. We had been shopping for new Toyota Tundra's across all the Toyota dealerships and landed in Findlay Toyata. We spent 3 days calling, emailing, and hours in the dealership only to be lied to and disrespected. We had given up on the idea of buying from a dealer altogether, until we saw a slightly used one at MB of Henderson that seemed to have everything we wanted. Within a couple of hours we had test driven it, agreed on a price, negotiated our trade-in, and got better financing. Tom Judge was an excellent salesman and an all around great person to work with. We also had the pleasure of working with Jason Abbot in Finance, another great guy who made the whole process easy and stress free. As we were leaving with the new truck, everyone that was still there (we kept them open past closing time) thanked us for our business and congratulated us with a smile. I'll recommend this place to anyone, even skeptics who only buy private party. Great experience. More
